RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about a full priced item and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another item or a store gift voucher, if: you can provide its receipt, it is unworn and in its original condition (not damaged or washed) and you make the return within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns for in-store purchases.
For health reasons, change of mind returns will not be accepted on lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewelry and accessories.
We are unable to offer returns on gift cards, and also for sale items, unless they are faulty or wrongly described.
Faulty returns
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.  If an item is deemed faulty by manufacturing fault or wrongly described you may request a refund, an exchange for another item, or a store gift voucher.
This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
How to return in-store purchases
Purchases made in-store can be returned to us within store within the country of purchase. We cannot accept returns for being Faulty or exchanges of any items from any labels we stock which have been purchased online or from Myer stores.
Simply present your receipt or proof of purchase in-store and we will be happy to assist you. Photo identification may be requested and recorded in some circumstances.
Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. Where the purchase was a gift, a voucher will be issued.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated on items within 7 days from the date received. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
